Arzt-Patienten-Gespräch: Anamnese Teil 1
Deutsch C1 Medizin pack: telc B2-C1 Medizin, Ärztekammer FSP format, Anamnesebogen practice
Theory
Theory 1: FSP communication structure
Medical C1 is not general German. The candidate must manage a safe clinical conversation and show doctor-level structure.
- Open politely and confirm identity.
- Take focused history with chronology and red flags.
- Summarize, explain next steps and check understanding.
Theory 2: Medical language register
The same case must be explained twice: patient-friendly language for the patient, precise medical terminology for the doctor handover.
- Patient: simple words, no unnecessary Fachwörter.
- Doctor: diagnosis, differential, findings and plan.
- Documentation: short, structured, medically accurate.
Theory 3: Exam scoring logic
FSP-style tasks are scored for communication, structure, terminology and safety.
- Do not skip allergies, medication and prior illness.
- Use Konjunktiv I for reported speech in handover.
- Write the Arztbrief from facts, not assumptions.
Vocabulary and model dialogue
